  • Pico de Gallo:
    Tomatoes, 2-3 ea, small dice
    Jalapeño, brunoise
    Onions, ½ ea, small dice
    Lime, juiced
    Cilantro, ¼ bunch, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 oz
    Kosher Salt (Sea Salt) tsp (to taste)
